We are open for leisure travel!
While we are excited to be able to welcome guests back into our park, the health and safety of our staff and guests remains our top priority. As such, we are continuing to evaluate what changes are necessary to keep everyone safe and comply with both Federal and State Government requirements. To assist with contact tracing, we will be requesting the names of every individual attached to a booking.
For your peace of mind, we have adopted the below cancellation policy for bookings arriving prior to 30 November 2020. Please note that different cancellation and refund policies may apply to special offer and discount bookings.
Cancellation policy for bookings arriving prior to 30 November 2020
1-night deposit is required upon booking.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply:
- If you provide more than 72 hours’ notice of your cancellation, a full refund will be given.
- If you provide less than 72 hours’ notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.
Alternatively, if you would like to retain your monies paid on your guest account this can be held for a maximum of 12 months from the date of cancellation, after this time all monies paid will be retained.
